May 6, 2010 – National Employee Collective and Class Action Lawsuit filed against CVS drug stores alleging CVS required employees to undergo unpaid or “off the clock” security searches.

Legal Claims:

If you are a CVS employee or former employee who was subjected to a security search after you clocked out at the end of the day or for lunch, you have a claim for unpaid wages.  If you are a CVS employee or former employee who clocked out for lunch and then was required to work during your lunch break, you have a claim for unpaid wages.

Legal Fees:

You do not have to pay any legal fees upfront.  The lawyers would be paid out of any settlement or verdict if successful.  This is called a contingency fee.
